Florida Licensed Epic Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with key stakeholders and end-users, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Epic Analyst will initiate the implementation, build, and modify complex applications while supporting junior staff and optimizing application configurations and functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration and functionality
• Serves as the primary support contact for application end-users and manages application testing and documentation
• Analyzes clinical workflows and technology to recommend enhancements that align with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Epic HB Analyst in a healthcare setting
• Epic HB certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows and revenue cycle operations
• Experience with Epic upgrade cycles, testing, and documentation preferred
