Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic Applications Manager will oversee the design, implementation, support, and testing of Epic applications, while managing project teams and ensuring user needs are met in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages teams to perform required support activities and leads complex projects with minimal supervision
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders, capturing business and technical requirements
- Oversees application team management, including hiring, evaluating direct reports, and guiding incident resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience with EMR system application implementation
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of clinical or technical background
- EPIC Credential (EPIC CRED) is required
