Florida Licensed Epic Clinical Analyst
Job Summary
To support patient care delivery, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic Clinical Analyst will analyze business problems, collaborate with clinicians to design and implement Epic systems, and maintain documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess workflow processes, identify gaps, and develop future workflows related to new solutions or functionality
- Design, build, and configure assigned Epic system modules and maintain system process documentation
- Develop test scripts and conduct end-to-end workflow testing, documenting outcomes and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications
- Epic Certification or ability to complete certification within 3 months of classes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
- Associate degree in business, information systems, or a healthcare-related field
- 5+ years of clinical or technical background preferred
- Extensive experience communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
