Florida Licensed Epic Clinical Analyst
Job Summary
To support patient care delivery, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic Clinical Analyst will analyze business problems, recommend solutions, and collaborate with clinicians to design, build, test, and maintain Epic systems in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and configures assigned Epic system modules and third-party applications
- Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, and develops future workflows related to new solutions
- Provides on-call support in a 24/7 production systems environment, acting as the primary support contact for end-users
Required qualifications
- EPIC Healthy Planet Certification
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
- 3+ years of information technology, healthcare, or professional experience
- EMR application/implementation experience
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
