Florida Licensed Epic Data Courier Analyst
Job Summary
To support Epic system environments, the full-time Intermediate Epic Domain and Environment Analyst will manage Data Courier Administration, oversee build migrations, and troubleshoot the Enterprise Master File Infrastructure (EMFI) while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitors and resolves issues related to Data Courier and EMFI to ensure system stability and performance
- Collaborates with the IT Change Management team to develop and manage Epic build change management processes
- Coordinates and communicates Epic system updates, upgrades, and Nova Notes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Epic EMR application or systems support, technical operations, release management, or infrastructure coordination
- EPIC-Data Courier Administrator certification
- Working knowledge of Epic environment structures and management
- Experience with build migration coordination and support activities
