Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Florida Licensed Escrow Auditor will review escrow account reconciliations, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards while working remotely within Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze escrow account reconciliations submitted by title agents
• Identify potential risk factors and communicate findings to agents and management
• Prepare detailed written audit reports and maintain organized audit workpapers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
