Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Open, process, and help close escrow transactions
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
• 2+ years of proven experience in escrow or title preferred
• Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions
• Familiarity with escrow or transaction management software (Qualia a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
