Florida Licensed Escrow Officer
Job Summary
Seeking a Florida Licensed Escrow Officer, the full-time position will manage large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions, serving as the primary contact for clients and coordinating with various industry professionals to ensure smooth pre and post-closing processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and sales representatives during commercial transactions
- Review and coordinate title commitments, lender instructions, and purchase agreements to facilitate closing
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and accurately disburse escrow funds
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Licensed as an Escrow Officer in Florida
- Strong knowledge of Title Insurance is preferred
- Experience with tax and real estate concepts is a plus
- Familiarity with SoftPro Select is advantageous
