Job Summary
To advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning matters, the full-time Florida Licensed Estate Planning Attorney will draft complex estate planning documents, develop advanced strategies for wealth transfer and tax planning, and collaborate with clients and financial professionals in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Develop and implement advanced estate planning strategies focused on wealth transfer, tax planning, and asset protection
- Prepare and review complex revocable and irrevocable trusts, including GST tax planning and various advanced gifting trusts
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
- At least 4 years of substantive estate planning experience, with consideration for candidates with 3+ years of strong relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth clients and drafting complex trusts
- LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred
