Florida Licensed Estimating Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Estimating Supervisor to lead daily estimating operations and manage staff appraisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all estimating activities in accordance with claims policy and procedures
• Build performance standards and drive accountability within the team
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7+ years in auto physical damage estimating, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in assessing damages, with experience in both field and remote settings
• Experience with Mitchell Estimating software is preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain an adjuster's license as required
