Florida Licensed Estimating Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Estimating Supervisor to lead daily estimating operations and manage staff appraisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all estimating activities in accordance with established claims policy and procedures
• Drive accountability and a culture of continuous improvement by building performance standards
• Manage claims personnel selection, evaluation, and compensation in line with personnel policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7+ years in auto physical damage estimating, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in assessing suspension, mechanical, and structural damages
• Experience with Mitchell Estimating software preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain an adjuster's license as required
