Job Summary

A company is looking for an EW Coder-Lead to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coding and abstracting of both Inpatient and Outpatient material
• Responsible for equitable distribution of work and ensuring timely processing of charts
• Performs ongoing quality monitoring and provides feedback to staff and management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Must have one of the following coding certifications at time of hire: HCS-D, CCS, CCA, CCS-P, CPC-A, CPC-H-A, CPC-H or CPC
• One to three years of experience as a coder
