Job Summary

To support clients in the Jacksonville area, the full-time Florida Licensed Executive Loan Officer will manage mortgage origination, guide clients through the home-buying process, and build relationships with real estate professionals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to drive lead flow and business development
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring exceptional service and support

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum of 3 years of success in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
