Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Facilities Manager will oversee building operations and maintenance within a designated region, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering client relationships while working both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and training to staff, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment
• Coordinate daily activities of the team, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet departmental objectives
• Develop and maintain client relationships, report on facility performance, and ensure adherence to contract specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage complex information
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
