Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney for a part-time, fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on various family law topics
• Draft affidavits, agreements, and other related family law documents
• Supplement existing documents with guidance based on case law and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed family law attorney
• Must be licensed in Florida, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, Louisiana, or Connecticut
• Significant experience drafting family law documents
• Ability to work 5-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule
• Experience with case law, statutes, and regulations in family law
