Job Summary
A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Care (Weekends & Holidays).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care to patients across the lifespan starting at 18 months
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Document encounters in the EHR in real-time and according to policy
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida with Independent Practice Authority and a minimum of 3,000 hours of independent clinical practice
- Active licensure in at least three states including Ohio, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, District of Columbia, or Rhode Island
- Minimum of two years of recent, medically relevant clinical experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current National Board Certification
