Florida Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing team in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to enhance profitability and ROI
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring compliance with corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar; ACCA is essential, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2+ years in team management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar systems is an asset
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
