Florida Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting, and forecasting for a portfolio of acquired companies
• Prepare financial reports and business reviews, highlighting performance and strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring compliance with corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; ACCA qualification is essential, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2+ years in team management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar systems is an asset
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
