Florida Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting results and strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring compliance with financial policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar; ACCA required, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2+ years in team management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar systems is considered an asset
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
