Florida Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing team in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a portfolio of companies
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting results and strategic initiatives for senior management
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; ACCA qualification is essential, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, including at least 2 years in team management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar systems is an asset
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
