Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and implement action plans to meet targets
• Prepare financial reports and business reviews while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and oversee accounting tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; ACCA qualification is essential, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, including 2+ years in team leadership
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems is an asset
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
