Florida Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

Florida Licensed Finance Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for a portfolio of companies, while leading a finance team in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, planning, and reporting for portfolio companies
• Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team while managing internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, including 2+ years in team leadership
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems is advantageous
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and legal authorization to work in the US
