Job Summary

Florida Licensed Finance Manager, responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance in a full-time remote position, while leading a finance team and managing financial performance for a portfolio of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate period-end close, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Monitor financial health and develop strategies to enhance profitability and return on investment
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2+ years in team management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems is advantageous
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
