Florida Licensed Finance Manager

Job Summary

Managing financial operations for a portfolio of acquired companies, the full-time Florida Licensed Finance Manager will oversee period-end close, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting in a hybrid work model from Clearwater, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance strategies and develop action plans to meet financial targets
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting results and strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring effective financial internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, including 2+ years in team management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar systems is an asset
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
