To support a growing Financial Services and Institutions Practice, a Florida Licensed Financial Services Attorney will manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters while communicating directly with clients and collaborating with attorneys across offices in a flexible work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters from inception through resolution
- Provide strategic guidance and regular case updates to clients
- Consult with clients on compliance issues to meet legal and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Admission to practice in Florida preferred
- 10+ years of Financial Services Litigation experience
- Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, case management, and interpersonal skills
