Job Summary

To drive financial excellence, the full-time Florida Licensed Financial Specialist will manage and optimize financial operations, analyze data for strategic decision-making, and prepare compliance-focused reports in a hybrid work environment, with remote work Monday through Thursday and onsite work on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Manages and optimizes financial operations to support organizational goals and operational efficiency
• Analyzes financial data and trends to support strategic planning and business decision-making
• Prepares accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Three (3) or more years of experience in financial operations, accounting, billing, banking, healthcare finance, or a related financial services environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, internal controls, and accounting principles
• Experience coordinating, processing, and reconciling financial transactions with high accuracy
• Proficiency with financial software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
