Florida Licensed Financial Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the financial operations of the PACE organization, the full-time Florida Licensed Financial Specialist will manage invoice processes, payment posting, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with processing and coding invoices, preparing them for Accounts Payable, and managing vendor onboarding
• Review and reconcile payments from Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers, while monitoring accounts receivable schedules
• Prepare for month-end close activities by posting journal entries and assisting in financial report preparation

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, or nonprofit financial operations
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or nonprofit accounting is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
