Job Summary

To support efficient transportation planning, the full-time Florida Licensed Fleet Planner will manage weekly fleet routing, ensure compliance with DOT regulations, and maintain communication with internal teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Complete weekly preliminary and final routing of assigned branches by established deadlines
• Analyze routing parameters and recommend cost-saving enhancements while tracking efficiency goals
• Support communication among divisions to prevent service misses and create necessary reports

• Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
• Basic Excel and office software skills, including Outlook and Teams
