Florida Licensed Fractional Controller

Job Summary

Providing part-time financial leadership, the Florida Licensed Fractional Controller will oversee financial processes, strengthen controls, and drive improvements while working remotely for approximately 10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enhance financial processes and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency
• Mentor and develop accounting staff to improve team performance

Required qualifications

• Active CPA license strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role such as Controller or CFO
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and month-end close processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
