Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Contractor - Trade Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in general construction
• Review vendor quotes and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to address operational needs
• Proactively resolve complex vendor and client issues and support trade team members

Required Qualifications

• An active Florida General Contractor license in good standing
• 4+ years of experience in general contracting or related fields
• Experience with renovations, roof replacements, and remediation issues
• Extensive knowledge of permits, county codes, and structural requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
