Florida Licensed GL Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Accountants, the full-time Florida Licensed GL Supervisor will supervise the preparation and review of monthly Financial Statements for Condominium and Homeowners Associations while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and departmental policies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial statements
• Monitor deadlines and communicate with team members and leadership to meet client expectations consistently
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for team members, addressing any issues that may affect financial statement accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in property management, real estate, and/or residential management is required
• CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
