Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team managing regulatory and contractual requirements for government programs
• Oversee the implementation of new contractual and regulatory standards and ensure compliance
• Manage contract renewal activities and identify potential new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Marketplace health insurance programs
• A minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of government-sponsored programs and compliance
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
• Proficient in data compilation and report creation
