Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions using the current curriculum and best practices, ensuring client engagement
• Collaborate with therapists and participate in team meetings to enhance treatment quality
• Complete onboarding requirements and maintain timely communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or a related field
• Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
• Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities, with a strong belief in group-based treatment
• Availability to work weeknights and Saturdays
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and proficiency with cloud-based communication software
