Florida Licensed Health Actuary Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Actuary - Manager to support enterprise-level risk management and strategic analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance IBNR models, revenue forecasting, reserve analysis, and monthly close processes
• Perform CMS risk adjustment modeling, member-level risk score calculations, and analysis of CMS public data
• Analyze payer claims data to identify cost drivers, trends, and market-level performance insights

Required Qualifications

• ASA required with clear progression toward FSA; Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or related field
• 5+ years of actuarial experience, with strong preference for Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment exposure
• Advanced technical skills in SQL, SAS, and Excel
• Experience supporting or leading small actuarial teams preferred
