Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Health Education programs
• Research and create health education and disease management materials
• Engage members in health promotion and coordinate care through member outreach

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related area or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in Health Education
• Adaptability and flexibility to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the Medicaid population (preferred)
