Florida Licensed Health Educator

Job Summary

To support the development and implementation of Health Education programs, the full-time Florida Licensed Health Educator will manage program maintenance, research and develop educational materials, and engage members in health promotion remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage health education programs in alignment with quality standards
• Research and create health education and disease management materials in collaboration with Quality Improvement staff
• Engage members through direct calls and coordinate care by connecting them to appropriate programs and resources

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in Health Education
• Adaptability and flexibility to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
