Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding Medicare coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
• Make outbound follow-up calls as needed and provide solution-focused support
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and enhance coverage while ensuring compliance with HIPAA

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License in the state of residence - Required
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in the state where licensed
