Job Summary
To support a seasonal demand for health insurance services, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Health Insurance Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information on health insurance options, and build customer relationships while meeting sales and compliance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers seeking individual health insurance
- Accurately complete applications and enrollments in compliance with CMS and state guidelines
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate health and ancillary insurance products
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state of Florida
- At least one year of previous sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for individuals under 65
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in using desktop computer systems
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy
