Job Summary

To support a growing ACA Health Insurance team, the full-time Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent will educate consumers on health insurance options, guide them through the application process, and provide consultative customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Educate consumers on Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace health insurance options
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate customer information and comply with all regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing
• Active National Producer Number (NPN)
• Newly licensed insurance agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required
• Ability to complete and maintain all required ACA Marketplace registration and training
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work independently in a remote team environment
