Florida Licensed Health Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support health plan risk and quality reporting activities, the full-time Florida Licensed Health Quality Analyst will design and develop custom reports, educate users on report utilization, and assist with quality performance improvement projects, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Captures and documents health plan quality reporting requirements and builds custom reports for users
• Analyzes data sets for trends and anomalies, utilizing SQL and Power BI to track HEDIS performance and intervention outcomes
• Collaborates with the national risk and quality team to ensure accurate reporting and conducts root-cause analysis for data-related issues

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and analysis related to HEDIS and/or risk adjustment
• Experience working with Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and Power BI
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and data design
• Experience in a managed care organization or equivalent relevant education and experience
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to strategic goals
