Job Summary
To support existing Medicare members, the full-time Florida Licensed Healthcare Agent will engage in service-focused conversations, handling inbound and outbound calls to educate and assist members with their coverage while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members, focusing on retention and issue resolution
- Guide members through their coverage options without high-pressure tactics
- Meet performance expectations around call quality and member engagement metrics
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
