A company is looking for an Actuarial - Healthcare Economist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of value-based care contracts and collaborate on payment structures
• Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare data and cost trends to inform actuarial models
• Provide guidance on healthcare policy and assess financial impacts of value-based care programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, healthcare economics, or related field
• Master's degree in healthcare economics or related field preferred
• ASA or FSA designation is a plus
• Experience with healthcare actuarial and underwriting functions
• Proficiency in database querying tools and data management skills
