Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Florida-Based Helpline Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform crisis and suicide intervention services
• Conduct basic needs and safety assessments
• Provide information, community service referrals, and supportive listening via phone or virtual chat

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be a Florida resident
• Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited university
• Four (4) years of combined education and relevant work experience
• Ability to pass a level two DCF background screening and drug test
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
