Job Summary

To support efficient medical record management, the full-time Florida Licensed HIM Processor Lead will coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with HIM policies, and oversee the training of team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of medical record maintenance and completion
• Ensure team members are trained and adhere to HIM policies and procedures
• Monitor and report any incomplete recertifications and chart deficiencies

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Up to one year of office experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Health Information Management Certificate or HIT PRO Certificate preferred
• Ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR) efficiently
• Knowledge of medical record format and content
