Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HIM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the HIM department, ensuring compliance with regulations and budget adherence
• Oversee staff development, performance evaluations, and ensure timely release of medical records
• Participate in quality assurance activities and prepare compliance monitoring reports

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in Health Information Management
• Up to one year of supervisory or lead experience
• RHIA or RHIT Certification preferred
• Strong computer skills, proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office
