Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HIM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the HIM department, ensuring compliance with regulations and budget adherence
• Oversee the release of Medical Records and monitor departmental performance using relevant software
• Conduct staff evaluations and participate in performance improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Health Information Management
• Up to one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience
• RHIA or RHIT Certification or ability to obtain within six months
• Strong computer skills, proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office
