Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Home Health RN Assistant Clinical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care and team efficiency
• Oversee the Quality Program and maintain compliance with regulations
• Provide training and support for clinical staff and supervise field staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of application
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in Medicare skilled nursing preferred
• Basic understanding of OASIS preferred
• RN experience in health care, particularly home health, preferred
