Job Summary
To support multi-branch operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Home Health RN Manager will oversee clinical staff, manage home health programs, and ensure compliance with medical standards, working remotely on weekends from Friday to Monday.
Key responsibilities
- Plans, develops, and manages clinical programs and services in alignment with company policies
- Supervises clinical staff and conducts regular evaluations to ensure quality of care
- Investigates client complaints and oversees case management for financial soundness
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida
- Associates degree in nursing required
- Active CPR certification per agency policy
- 3+ years of RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home health or hospice
- Basic understanding of OASIS and Medicare Skilled Nursing experience preferred
