Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Hospice Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate significant findings and changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Conduct face-to-face assessments of patients, focusing on disease changes and quality of life
• Order and review diagnostic procedures and document treatment plans accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in the assigned state
• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or hospice Registered Nurse in the last three years
• Authority to practice and prescribe as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of service
• Obtained Medicare billing privileges as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current CPR certification
