Job Summary

Supporting the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, the part-time Florida Licensed HR Leaves Specialist will serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding leave inquiries while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and support parental and other Leave of Absence programs
  • Process leave requests and maintain accurate case documentation
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and business partners to ensure consistent communication regarding leave policies
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience administering Leave of Absence (LOA) programs
  • Experience handling employee leave inquiries in an HR Operations or Shared Services environment
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA regulations
  • Strong customer service and case management skills
